1.)first, GO HERE .In this site you'll costumize your own layout(font color,bg color,background image).
2.)In the IMAGE URL: part,you need to put the url of your image.
3.)How to get the URL of your image?upload it HERE ,after uploading copy the code (direct link for layouts) and that's the URL of your image.
4.)Now let's go back to step #1.after costumizing your layout.click *GENERATE CSS CODE*.
5.)After generating the code,paste it in the CSS box of your profile.
6.)Where's the CSS box?
-Edit profile>costumize>CSS box(above the media box).
7.That's it!.click the save button :)).
